main organ which is heart. Taking stress can lead to uneven health and
sometimes even death. Hair is also part of your body and it is the most
defining part in the overall look of your character. It too, is damaged by
taking stress. It is said that if your hair is healthier than you are healthier
from inside. Your hair would be long, silky and shining if your health is good
in physical appearance as well as emotionally. If you are emotionally unhappy
or sad, your hair will become dull and start falling and will lead to baldness.
Dropping stress would eventually prevent your hair from
falling. There are some tips which can be followed to reduce stress.
Most simple yet powerful stress management tip is to take
deep breaths. Whenever the individual feels stress due to any condition he/she
should start inhaling deep and breathing. This will cause blood to flow all
over body which is slowed down due to stress. Another tip is to divert your
mind and see relaxing pictures which divert your brain from the stress and calm
it down.

meditation. It soothes your mind and body and helps it maintaining the relaxed
position. It is done on regular basis while being alone. It is one of the most
used techniques for stress management. Another form of it is called yoga. It is
ancient form of work out which people do for reducing stress in life. Its
purpose is to concentrate on the brain and breathe slowly which restores
harmony in body which reduces stress. It also increases flexibility in one body
with other benefits as well.
Martial arts also helps in stress management as it keeps the
body and mind alerted all the times. There are several kinds of martial arts
techniques which one can follow. These stress management techniques were used
in china and are still used as technique for stress management. Qigong is
another Chinese health care system which combines the physical training and
mental relaxation. Using this health care system also helps in preventing
stress.

better stress management and ultimately preventing hair fall.
